The Quantum DTL rifle features our Dual Taper Lock™ system—the first self-centering, dual-taper barrel and handguard mount in the industry. Two precision tapers and interlocking barrel nuts ensure perfect bore alignment, exceptional rigidity, reduced POI shift, and improved accuracy. Compatible with MILSPEC barrels by reversing the main nut.
Helix Gas Regulating Barrel System
The Helix Gas Regulating Barrel System places an adjustable gas control knob directly on the barrel for fast tuning in suppressed or unsuppressed setups. Built with a robust detent, M42 cobalt steel rod, and high-temp spring, it endured 1,500 rounds of accelerated full-auto testing with zero failures.
Precision Barrel Engineering
Our heavy-profile DTL barrels use 416-R stainless steel, 5R rifling, and 1:8 twist, then are precision-lapped, stress-relieved, and air-gauged for consistency. Thermal expansion rings guide heat forward to maintain accuracy. Available in Black Nitride or cryo-treated finishes, delivering 1 MOA or better performance.
